Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Reimbursement of the value of the returned goods will occur only once the items have arrived at the warehouse. Please note, from this point, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible in your bank account. Please allow this time to pass before getting in touch regarding a missing refund.
