UK Delivery: Your purchase will be posted using Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 Hour and delivery cost is £4.75.

Unfortunately, as we are such a small team, we can not offer express shipping at this time, but we are hoping to offer this very soon. If it is urgent, feel free to email us at hello@onesta.uk and we will try our hardest to be speedy as possible!

Your purchase will be posted using Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 Hour. Your tracking number will be issued to you via email. If you do not receive your order, please contact Royal Mail and quote your tracking number to them.  

Onesta Clothing Ltd is not liable for any products which are damaged or lost during tracked shipping.

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@onesta.uk and we will rectify the situation.

Returns

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit note. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

While we meticulously inspect every purchase, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please email us at hello@onesta.uk within 7 days, and we'll rectify the issue. Items returned as faulty will undergo inspection upon receipt. We do not accept items deemed to have undergone fair wear and tear as faulty. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for garments damaged due to improper washing methods or intentional damage.

We do not cover return costs, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable. However, shipping for exchanged items is complimentary. 

We hope you love your garment and won't need to return it, but if you do, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible!

Please email us at hello@onesta.uk to notify us of the return. We recommend using tracked postage as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Send your return to:

In the event that a replacement for an exchange is unavailable, you'll have the option to receive either a credit note or a refund to your original payment method, corresponding to the item's value at the time of purchase.
