Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days after receipt of goods (when you have received your order).  

You have the right to open the package and check your goods, but goods must be returned unused with all original tags on the clothes in perfect condition.  

You will be reimbursed for the value of the returned item(s) within 14 days after the product has been returned to our warehouse. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.  

It may take up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to be visible on your payment card.  

Remember to always include your name and order number with your returns.  


How do I return an item? 

If you would like to return any items, please use our returns portal. 

Alternatively, you can contact us by emailing us here.  We will then send you an online returns form to complete.  

Our mailer bags have a second non-toxic adhesive strip so you can reuse them to return your order. Package your return items, along with the returns form, and send back to us at:

We advise you to obtain and keep your shipping receipt until we have confirmed that we have received your return. Please be aware that you are responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to our warehouse. 


Do I need to pay for my return? 

Yes, you will need to pay for your own return shipping costs. We are still a growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free return shipping.

You are able to choose the carrier of your preference for your return, but we strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.  


How will I be notified that my return has been processed? 

Once we have received your item(s), we will contact you directly through the email address you used to place your order. We will then confirm the return as well as the processing of the refund.

You may request a voucher instead of a refund in which case the confirmation email will provide the corresponding voucher.
