Some of our garments are made to order, to help maintain our sustainability commitments by limiting inventory waste from unsold garments. Therefore, this will increase the time needed for us to get your order to you.

The production time required for these garments is stated in the individual product page. Please refrain from getting in touch to enquire about your order until after the provided time frame as lapsed.

When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will let you know via email and post using Standard Delivery. The duration of Standard Delivery is dependent on where in the world you are:

We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered.

As part of our commitment to making a positive impact on the environment, we only use biodegradable and compostable packaging. 

Many of our garments are made to order, so if you can’t find your size on our product pages please get in touch by emailing hello@onesta.uk with your size and desired product and we will see what we can do!

However, please note that we cannot always guarantee that we have the stock or capacity to create custom size orders at all times.

Hand or machine wash your garments with similar colours with cool water, hang to dry and iron on a low temperature. We recommend using an earth friendly, non-bio detergent and to avoid tumble drying.

TencelTM

TencelTM is a fibre made from the fast growing, renewable eucalyptus tree. When harvested, the trees are cut near the base, rather than being uprooted, meaning they grow back quickly and are an easy renewable resource.

They also obtain their own natural pesticides, preventing the need of toxic chemicals to aid growth! 

Seacell Blend

Our TencelTM and SeaCell blend is a skin caring fabric made from a USDA certified biobased fibre that is sustainably made and good for your skin.

Substances in seaweed have been found to help activate cell regeneration, which can help to soothe skin diseases and reduce inflammation.

Organic Cotton

Unlike conventional cotton, our organic cotton is grown without the use of chemicals, meaning less pollution. This not only benefits the environment but also the farmers and communities that grow the organic cotton.

We're committed to only using organic cotton and only then when essential.

At Onesta, we are committed to investing in only ethical and sustainable methods of production which are, ultimately, more costly than those used by many large, global fashion brands. Sustainable, innovative textiles tend to cost more than mass produced alternatives and we are dedicated to paying our workers a fair wage. We try to limit the impact this has on you by selling directly to customers and cutting profit margins, and we are working every day on finding ways to make ethical clothing, that doesn’t leave a trace on the environment, more accessible. One way that we are doing this is by ensuring quality is embedded into every stitch of our garments, so that if you do choose to invest in one of our pieces, you can love it for many years to come.

We consider the price of every item sold on our website very carefully before we launch. Each item holds immense value, from the materials that it is made with to the skills held by our employees who make it. We believe discounting a product reduces the perceived value of the item, suggesting that it was not worth its original asking price.

Therefore, we very rarely provide discounts on our garments. However, by signing up to our mailing list, you get early access to collections at a reduction of 10%, to compensate for the longer wait times to receive an order, due to early purchasing.

As part of our zero-waste commitments, our Benedetti collections sell samples of garments at a reduced rate. This is because the item has been pre-worn for marketing purposes, or differs slightly from the final product.
